A powerful mix of Afro Cuban rhythms and electro jazz sounds. a continuous search for the polyrhythmic groove rich in tonal nuances. These are the ingredients that unite the personalities of Stefano Giordani (Acoustic guitar, effects, sampler) Roberto Zecchinelli (electric bass, synth) and Matteo Giordani (drums). The group has collaborated with Russ Peterson (USA), Tomas Bura (PL) and played in various festivals including the Nuoro jazz festival, Lagarina Jazz festival, Südtirol jazz festival, Lion jazz festival & many more (pictures below). ABOUT THIS AMAZING RHYTHM SECTION

Matteo Giordani, Stefano’s older brother.
He has collaborated as a side drummer with Paolo Fresu (special guest for Luca Poletti), Stefano Senni,Chris Montague, Gianluca Petrella. He collaborates on an ongoing basis with the bands Mirko Pedrotti Quintet (award winner for many italian contest), Hubert Dorigatti & BayouSide, Stef Giordi & Connected, with whom he has recorded several studio albums. He has played numerous concerts both in Italy and abroad.

Roberto Zecchinelli: electric jazz bassist, he studied with Furio di Castri and in New York with Lincoln Goines and Ron Carter. he played with Stefano Battaglia, Maria Schneider, Francesco Bearzatti, Gianluca Petrella, Robert Bonisolo with international Soul and Blues artists including “Blue” Lou Marini, Leburn Maddox, Alix Anthony, Demian Dominguez. He toured with legendary “Chicago” bluesman Bob Nelson. His Jazz re-music of Buster Keaton’s film “the Cameraman” (with Mauro Ottolini, Roberto Tarenzi and Paolo Mappa) won the Harlock international re-music competition. As arranger he arranged the original musicals “Ballhaus” and “I Feel Love” together with Giorgio Moroder.
